Welcome to my blog section of the site, as you may or may not know i have been chasing a specific fish from one of the busiest day ticket fisheries in the country, linear. The fish is known as the big plated and weighs in excess of 40lbs but the weight is immaterial as the fish is a stunning heavily plated mirror carp which is steeped in history. This coming year i will be writing down my exploits down linear as a dairy piece as i get to fish there most weeks so stay tuned to the site and see if i can catch this magnificent fish or will she avoid capture? Only time will tell.
